I'm very excited to say that Mikey Szoch's new EP, Flaws, will be available on July 17th. Flaws takes a fresh approach to dreamy pop music; incorporating saturated guitar sounds alongside lush synthesizers and delicate vocals. It was an absolute pleasure to work a few of these songs with Mikey outside of our normal routine with Chil.
Check out 'Outta Sync' for some vocals I got to track in the chorus and Mikey laying down a monstrous guitar solo. 'Sometimes I Feel (A Little Crazy)' was such a fun experiment on the Flaws EP; The track has some of my favorite vocals on the EP and I loved the challenge of figuring out the drum programming to set the right "vibe".
